[name removed] who visited was compassionate, thoughtful caring, funny and understood incredibly quickly how to deal with me and my family during this trying time. She also said she would obtain an appointment for me within 10 days- no promises it within 7 very impressive.

I have been amazed by the information, care and support I am receiving, during the last two years. I didn’t realize there was this service available. But now really feel supported. Thank you to everyone I have spoken to recently.
Suggested improvements
Not sure what could have been done better, unless my G.P hadn’t suggested asking the [name removed] nurse who had been ringing me as support from the chest clinic, that I made a plan and it was her who referred me to the palliative team.
