I have been amazed by the information, care and support I am receiving, during the last two years. I didn’t realize there was this service available. But now really feel supported. Thank you to everyone I have spoken to recently.

Not sure what could have been done better, unless my G.P hadn’t suggested asking the [name removed] nurse who had been ringing me as support from the chest clinic, that I made a plan and it was her who referred me to the palliative team.
