The level of care was exemplary. Nothing was too much trouble. Working alongside the district nurses and covering all possible assistance (medical, financial and administrative) to suggestions and emotional support. Even a follow up call after she'd died and the contact with Millbrook so that medical equipment was taken away quickly. Huge thanks to Maxine and all the teams involved.
Nothing is too much trouble for all staff. They make you feel relaxed and up to date with what can and is being done to help the patient and family. All queries are explained to help. It's nice knowing there is always someone to talk to. It's also good to be able to have some light moments, when you can have same humor.
1) First class care all round services provided just like staying in a first class hotel. 2) The time delay between presaging the call button 9 someone could appearing could be shortened. But when someone does arrive the service is fantastic and couldn't be bettered!! 3) I am sorry that answer appear to be negative. 4) From the treatment I have received from the staff I don't know how it be improved.
I was arranged at great everyone was the carers were brilliant, the district nurses were lovely and the Marie Guric nurses were so good as well. We could not have had better care and we are no grateful to everyone who came to our house.
Carers were very caring, gentle and warm towards my mother. They treated her with respect and always let her know what they were doing. My mother passed away peacefully, pain free, with dignity and care shown.
