Some difficulties in booking and coordinating follow up tests - endoscopy. Not received results of some of the blood tests that the consultant requested.

The staff were all very polite and cheerful and obviously wanted to help. I liked the fact that when not dealing with patients they kept the noise levels to a minimum which gave an atmosphere of calm professionalism. The digital signs on the second floor were really good in the fact that they were all but one easy to read. I noticed that the phones quietly "bong" rather than ring which again keeps the atmosphere calm. It is a lovely touch that a staff member provides patients with tea or coffee, if required, whilst they are waiting instead of leaving them to work out how to use a machine themselves. The small bottles of water are also a nice idea; it proves that the patient has actually been considered.

As my husband’s balance and walking is poor , we looked in amazement ,when the staff converted the outside steps into a flat surface - unbelievable!

Very bad bandwidth from the Cleveland side. It was difficult to establish the level of rapport and care that I've experienced in person but it did save me an hour of travel

After the care I had with another clinic .. This was truly a 10 Star treatment and most of all kindness and respect was given to me but also with all of the team for each other, there was great respect and thoughtfulness. It was a pleasure to be there for my 3 days of healthy wellness check up. Dr Helen Mitakidis is a very compassionate woman who showed great patience to me and I never felt rushed or an inconvenience to her. For the first time I left a health check up feeling healthy!!!
