Very bad bandwidth from the Cleveland side. It was difficult to establish the level of rapport and care that I've experienced in person but it did save me an hour of travel

Suggested improvements
Higher quality connection. Also - this was accidentally booked in for an in-person appointment. when I rang, they initially said that what I was seeing was normal.


More confidence that the consultant remembered me.
