I was offered tea/coffee/water on arrival. There were plenty of staff showing me exactly where I needed to go. I was very impressed that I could go to the website the following day and communicate directly with Dr Losseff with a query following my appointment. He answered very promptly which was reassuring and much appreciated as I had concerns that needed a fairly quick response regarding a new medication.

Very varied service. Contacting secretaries is hard, have to use a few numbers and no replies to emails. Too many staff in reception and nobody actually helping the patient, an usher was insisting I take the lift when I preferred the stairs (I took the stairs), the nurses seemed nice. There always seems to be an issue with admin or logging in. Staff were polite but customer service isn't all about asking a customer if they are ok, it's superficial. Just as I was about to submit my review you asked me to review 3 random doctors who I don't even know. This is exactly the issue I mean, it's sloppy.
