This is my 8th stay. I was one of the early patients here and things have much improved
Room much warmer. Was really cold earlier
Food choices and food service much better
Nursing care more patient focussed. In earlier days it was too focussed on the screen
Nursing has been excellent throughout my stay.
However pharmacy still tends to get confused over correct medications
There are various design faults which continue to cause problems
Water not quite hot enough
Push button flushing mechanism on toilet is a real problem for an elderly patient with arthritic hands.
The fact the door to the bathroom is open At the bottom means there is a lack of privacy when using the toilet if one has visitors in the room.

I am delighted with the overall staying here at the Cleveland clinic London. Facilities ,medical staff, nurses, carers were all amazing and made me feel extremely well looked after here. Dr Panos Gikas was superb in delivering the minimally invasive anterior hip replacement and I have been able to regain very quickly mobility and independence. I couldn’t have wished for anything better than what I received here at Cleveland clinic London. In addition all the staff was alway very kind and treated me in excellent manner. Rooms and hospital are also excellent.
