The clinical staff were superb. They made what might have been an unnerving procedure a very relaxed and pleasant experience.
The nursing staff were extremely courteous and professional.They immediately put me at ease, and enabled me to approach the procedure in a relaxed manner.
The porters were polite and very helpful.
The food was great.
My consultant explained the angiogram clearly and answered all my questions, so that I felt no anxiety or trepidation at all.
