The nurses were helpful. Housekeeping ladies were nice. I enjoyed the community meeting and giving me a say in what went on.

I enjoyed the group classes. I have a good relationship with my therapist and my psychiatrist. I made friends with other patient. I was well treated. I learnt a lot. I have made god progress.
Suggested improvements
I felt sometimes the use of medication was pushed when not always necessary. It was helpful,but sometimes a chat is more useful mean a pill. Very minor point.

You failed to inform me that that my daughter had not attended sessions (she told us that you had not contacted her)to help her with her mental health. The first I heard about her non-attendance was when we received a demand from a 3rd party debt collector for the sessions that she did not attend.
You told me that you were unable to update me about my daughter's health.
You sent me a confidential report about another patient - I pointed this out to you, however did not receive any response or acknowledgement.

The staff all care and take their roles is dedication and are very supportive of the patients.

Regular time slots for patients to see consultants- known in advance so as to avoid confusion.

There were a few members of staff who treated me with respect and acknowledge my needs as a patient.

More of the staff following through and meeting me with compassion and respect and some priority.

All staff from cleaning, kitchen, night nurses, day nurses, therapists, and graduates always make time and effort to ensure you're day is going well.
Suggested improvements
When in for over a month, the weekly sessions become repetitive with same people. New people should be more encouraged to join rather than the “regulars”.
