I was treated over 2013/14 and after being discharged from the care of the clinic I have found my treatment to be inadequate and unhelpful. The clinic it self is nice, it has good facilities but some of the staff are unprofessional and uncaring. This included therapy appointments that would only last 20 minutes despite having to pay for the full hour. For someone who has complex mental health issues I believed that support was limited and even though funding was available I was refused further treatment. I am now under the care of another private hospital and it has painted the Cardinal Clinic in a completely different light.
