I enjoyed the friendly and cheerful atmosphere. All the staff are most helpful and caring. They are willing to do anything to make us feel comfortable. I look forward to the Tuesday day care and I can't think of anything that can be improved.

Good. I came into the hospice in severe pain feeling lost and isolated due to the system which didn't' seem to see me as a person.
I am leaving today in control of my pain feeling valued, happy and back to the person I was before my illness began. The staff have informed me every step of the way and involved me in my treatment. Nothing has been too much trouble. Bad the WiFi for guests is pants!

Very nice staff always there for you to help very nice and wonderful I don't think nothing needs improving they all do a wonderful job at credit to all. Thank you.

This is my 2nd visit and I was and am so impressed by the service, their facilities and the staff.
I am treated as a person not a number of statistic.
The staff team are warm, caring and professional.
The medical team also treat me as a person and explain things to my level.
All staff are making this scary journey less scary and I'm no longer as scared but have found a new confidence which I attribute to staff team.

I came to day care extremely stressed and unsure what to expect and very scared. I've been coming approx 5 weeks. Feel absolutely confident now and love coming making lots of crafts and Xmas cake. The staff are amazing, very kind, thoughtful and so friendly, nothing is too much trouble and I have eaten so much food since starting. Love coming.
