Bury Hospice have been incredibly generous. My brother was labelled end of life by Fairfield and Brookvale. The hospice have given much to support him back to health and wellness.

Brookvale dumped him at the hospital without making sure his needs were being met. They have very much disappeared from sight whilst he has been here. That should not happen considering his need for company and stimulation. You need to make that point to them.

Service has been continuous over 3 years. This has provided useful periods of respite as well as providing effective links to Council Services, equipment provision, OT, social work intervention etc.

Difficult to answer not knowing extent of remit, resource level etc. I believe there is little more that can be achieved, so on that basis I believe there is little or nothing more that could have been done better.
