This is my 2nd visit and I was and am so impressed by the service, their facilities and the staff. I am treated as a person not a number of statistic. The staff team are warm, caring and professional. The medical team also treat me as a person and explain things to my level. All staff are making this scary journey less scary and I'm no longer as scared but have found a new confidence which I attribute to staff team.
