Visit was for my daughter! Treatment was provided with care. Staff were polite, would recommend!
Suggested improvements
Probably difficult to do given multiple clinics operate, but an estimate of wait times displayed would be great! Or the reception staff could advise on the estimated wait times as you book in?!

Brought my 2 year old son in for a leaking ear which was red and bothering him. Doctors wouldn’t see him due to being at capacity at 3.30pm ( Which I find silly as he’s 2 fair enough for adults)
It was extremely busy and the receptionist said “well it’s a 3 hour wait and we close at 8pm is all I’m saying” got the impression she was trying to put us off staying. We stayed for a short while but the amount of people there and the coughing etc, I decided to leave as I felt like we were going to leave in a worse state.
Obviously I understand it can’t be helped how busy the place was but it’s not a good system for little children to have to wait such a long time.
Suggested improvements
A separate space for children like A&E does. It’s not fair on the children.

I have part of my hearing aid stuck in my ear canal, which is causing considerable pain.
I was told to go home and come back the next morning.
I phoned to get an update.
But was told that I have an appointment in January.
So, I’m not happy about it

To have gotten me the referral and sorted it out the same day I was there!
