The staff are amazing, they are all so caring and thoughtful, they are really invested in your care and ensure you feel safe. I would only improve the explanation at the start as to what the treatment is. (I.e: what and where/why the magnet is used and what it treats). This would've helped me to feel a little less anxious at the start as I was a little confused but this is a minor concern compared to the brilliant service I've received.

As usual my visits were met with kind, caring staff who did their best to make me comfortably relaxed before and during my treatment. I have also found chatting with other patients beneficial and staff members often joined in on these talks which was in itself very helpful. Alex has been always approachable and willing to listen whenever I have asked and I realise that he is a very busy person!

The staff are amazing and friendly. The parking is very bad.

There doesn't need to be any improvement in my care, everyone does their absolute best for you - from the top to the HCAs - everyone wants the best for you. The unit is probably one of the kindest places ever, nothing but positivity from everyone.

Usually the service is very prompt. But on one day myself and another patient were waiting for nearly an hour. The staff didn't realize and couldn't explain why the oversight had occurred. Overall though everything normally runs very smoothly and the nurses are excellent at involving me and keeping me informed.
