Was treated with complete care very informative in her instructions and felt completely at ease lovely young lady
I have attended Ashford Physiotherapy Dept since the early 1990's and there really isn't much you could do as far as improvements are concerned. Moving the reception desk was a good idea there seems a lot more room now. Hugo is lovely and has taken care to explain all the exercises I need to be doing. The ones he suggested at my last appointment have made a real improvment. If I didn't have chronic arthritis I would write a lot more! Keep up the good work.
The tests I was sent for by my GP were carried out efficiently and quickly in a clean and friendly environment I couldn't fault the service
My experience was overall excellent. No delays, efficiently carried out with out any holdups by very pleasant staff. Environment was very clean and clearly signed posted
The technician who saw me was running more than 10-15 mins late but gave no apology. She did not use my name or hardly look at me, so I felt anonymous and disrespected. I tried to ask what an ECG test is and what it looks for, but she gave me an impatient very short answer and told me to look it up on the Internet. I was not aware of doing anything to upset the Technician, but she seemed tired and disinterested. She just gave me an envelope to hand to my GP, without any explanation.
Patients arrive nervous, especially when you don't know what happens in the test, what it is for or what happens next. Welcoming me with a smile, looking at me and using my name would have been a good start. It was appropriate that I asked the technician about the test, but she acted like I was being difficult and annoying. I understand the pressures on NHS staff because I am one too, although at a different hospital, but that is no excuse for cold and unprofessional behaviour.
The Physiotherapist Hugo Dreux is very professional and showed a lot of interest on trying to help me with my health issues. He was extremely polite and concerned to provide me a special and dedicated care plan to improve my health conditions on both arms, aiming to reduce my extreme pains and discomfort, whics affects my quality of life at work and at home. Please keep up with this level of service and care.
I’m so thankful for my amazing physiotherapy Nabilah Rahman-McNulty
I was very pleased with the appointment Hugo was very considerate, listened to what I was saying and gave me a lot of information and help regarding my sciatica and back pain I came away feeling relieved having discussed this with him
My appointment with Hugo was so helpful. I felt he really listened to me and made positive suggestions and comments, as well as giving me links to classes and useful resources. I have long covid and often feel invisible but left my appt feeling positive and hopeful for the first time in a very long time
I am very impressed with Mr Hugo Dreux, as he is both friendly and very professional. He discusses my exercises and demonstrates what I need to do and asks if I am happy with the suggested schedule.
Good to have clear instruction and knowledge on what will work to resolve my issue was what i was after so i can help myself correctly rather then injure myself further Nat provided the clear instructions and have applied exercises and see improvement already so very very happy Can't fault anything - keep up the good work
