Never get results!

Feel l was let down when l suffered ear infection l rang for antibiotics was told couldn’t be given them unless l saw a doctor? But that was in possible because of Covid.. Now l have lost some hearing in left ear .

Absolutely fabulous service!! Fast, efficient, engaged. Felt heard and understood and supported. Thank you all !! Like how you used sms to have a pro-active approach with the patients. I would not have contacted you as when I have a phase of little to no energy I can't make myself heard.

Only small problem, toilet was left by someone who had not flushed the toilet after using it and did not smell very fresh.

Based on earlier experience when I had the same doctor for 30 years & could see him within a few days as necessary. Doctors may be in short supply now but it must be more efficient to see the same one. The same might be applied to nurses

Designated staff to patient as far as possible Different Doctors proscribe different drugs for me, which I tend to take as acceptable. However making time to read in detail a new drugs notes I find it alarming. It seems to be at odds with the many pills that I already take. Am I being written off? Unfortunately with the semi-closure of Heene Road Surgery & the consequential closure of the pharmacy there I have not had a review of my pills since!
