So as for being involved enough I had been experiencing problems for years with my knee and back and requested that I should have an MRI scan to determine what the issues were. I had been wanting this for years but have only just managed to get one as my problems and issues are now affecting my work. So more could have been done to listen to my needs. Appointments are nor that easy eve when you call at 8am sometimes depending on rhe nature of your issue you don't get a call back until next day. I fully understand how busy docs can get and setbacks during the day do happen after all docs are auperbeongs but still only human and have a lot to deal with so I'm understanding but the rating speaks for itself. Doctors themselves are especially friendly special mentions to doctor Bannerman and doctor Malone who have listened to me and acted upon my requests. Michelle the nurse is amazing I love seeing her for blood tests as a guy who doesn't like them being sone, she always makes me feel at ease and I never feel the needle going in absolute diamond she is.

Listening more to my physical issues that's now affecting me at work.

Considering the current healthcare climate, the services provided were prompt and efficient from the outset. An excellent service!

Because he works very hard, looks very stressful

They work very hard, especially the Pharmacy. My opinion needs to be more people at the counter serving but everybody been works very hard 10 out of 10
