I can understand the frustration of many people not being able to make an appointment when they need one, unfortunately we are a growing population and this is not possible at all times, if there is anything the surgery can do they will, i find the girls in the reception very accommodating and will help if possible The Doctors we have i find are very good in their areas of practice, they always ask if you are satisfied with what they have said and medication prescribed They seem to be changing clinics to suit different aspects of care which i find are very good idea. The call out service is second to none and yes i would recommend this surgery

I was very disappointed with the service offered when trying to obtain an appointment. I have had very severe depression/anxiety for many years and have to make an appointment a week in advance. Recently I have had make appointments whereby I have to miss nearly a week of my tablets. Being vulnerable this does not help and neither does having to see a different doctor every time I manage to get an appointment. Very poor service indeed.

A fairly pleasant surgery with helpful doctors that is greatly let down by very unhelpful and extremely rude receptionists.
