I was very disappointed with the service offered when trying to obtain an appointment. I have had very severe depression/anxiety for many years and have to make an appointment a week in advance. Recently I have had make appointments whereby I have to miss nearly a week of my tablets. Being vulnerable this does not help and neither does having to see a different doctor every time I manage to get an appointment. Very poor service indeed.
