I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child (I am now 56) This practice used to be fantastic. However for the last few years I have felt that the standards are falling. It now takes 20 days to get an appointment although the practice charter states I should have one within 5 days. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The practice manager or deputy manager are often unavailable, making formal complaints almost impossible to get sorted amicably. All in all I don't think a doctors practice could get worse, and that really saddens me. Thankfully changing doctors is easy. Goodbye Wargrave house.

I have been with thjs surgery sunce I came to Hereford 12 years ago. Considering the pressure they are under they do a pretty good job. Appointment times have got longer in recent months and there seemkto be more locum doctors but thats because we have a government that hasnt a clue about planning and running a health service so we are left with a shortage of doctors. This situation will continue as there arent enough trainee gp, s in training nationally and overseas doctors are being prevented from coming to the UK because of intentional red tape in my view. If you want to complaint write to your MP I do others must follow.

My family member has been with this surgery for many years and has always found the reception to be really awful. Sorry to have to say this. They don't seem to have any appreciation of what it's like being in her place. Their attitude is and always has been awful. I have made a formal complaint and that was dealt with promptly but the point about attitude was totally missed. They will never change. We are - at last - changing surgeries. The only reason not done so sooner is that my family member didn't want to make a fuss, and thought it was hard to do. It's not. We don't have to put up with this.
