I have been a patient of this practice since I was a child (I am now 56) This practice used to be fantastic. However for the last few years I have felt that the standards are falling. It now takes 20 days to get an appointment although the practice charter states I should have one within 5 days. The receptionists are rude and unhelpful. The practice manager or deputy manager are often unavailable, making formal complaints almost impossible to get sorted amicably. All in all I don't think a doctors practice could get worse, and that really saddens me. Thankfully changing doctors is easy. Goodbye Wargrave house.
