Very easy to book appointments, and never had to wait too long, unless it was the drop-in times, in which you could end up waiting quite a while, which is expected. All of the nurses are understanding, patient and easy to talk to - it's been such a lovely experience and not daunting to talk about your experiences or needs at all. Thank you.

Jo is a great nurse and gives the best jabs- I normally feel very faint but it was amazingly swift and she was very kind.

It is impossible to book an appointment. You're always told to go to the drop in, which is only from 9 to 11am every week-day so not accessible to everyone. At the drop in, even if you're there at 9 you will have to wait an hour and a half. The service is severely understaffed. It needs more funding so that they can hire A LOT MORE people.

Nurse was quite rude Had to wait too long for an appointment Drop in sessions are beyond packed with ridiculous waiting times Had to wait too long for my prescription when lecture started soon Would be ideal to stay open for slightly longer for those who have a longer day
