It is impossible to book an appointment. You're always told to go to the drop in, which is only from 9 to 11am every week-day so not accessible to everyone. At the drop in, even if you're there at 9 you will have to wait an hour and a half. The service is severely understaffed. It needs more funding so that they can hire A LOT MORE people.
