Nurse Wood and Dr Boyd were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient in dealing with my urgent medical problem.

It took 3 working days from walking into the surgery to the phone appointment with the nurse. I would have preferred to be offered an appointment sooner.

Needed to reschedule an appointment where I was going going get ears irrigated. Got booked with a nurse who couldn't irrigate ears. Nurse was lovely and tried to find me a nurse who could. She didn't find one, so my appointment was a waste of time. But I should have been booked with one in the first place. My original unrescheduled appointment was. Receptionist clearly paid no attention to what kind of nurse I needed.

Have receptionists check that the person they book you with can do the procedure you are coming to the appointment for.
