I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this wonderful Practice. ALL the GPs I have experience of, both personally and when caring for my elderly mother, are excellent, namely Dr.Buckman, Dr.Bezz, Dr. Kholl, Dr. Diatz, Dr.Valleylil and Dr.Sekarwat. The reception staff worthy of note are Karen and Pauline in particular both of whom nothing is too much trouble, even in a very pressurised environment. The Practice nurse is both kind and caring too. This GP Surgery is large and must be challenging to run well but this is all managed and organised professionally and efficiently by Manager Amanda Riley who has been so helpful and resourceful to me many times in the past. Well done Amanda and ALL AT THE PRACTICE.

Nowadays surgery takes the patients' (queue waiting outside) inside at 8am, that is good. It would be nice if they open the doors at 7:30am - at least when it rains and during winter times. Reception staff is courteous and helpful. From time to time it is difficult to get the appointment for the same day. I always see Dr Neville Vallayil. I found him knowledgeable, courteous, sympathetic and helpful.
