Nowadays surgery takes the patients' (queue waiting outside) inside at 8am, that is good. It would be nice if they open the doors at 7:30am - at least when it rains and during winter times.
Reception staff is courteous and helpful. From time to time it is difficult to get the appointment for the same day.
I always see Dr Neville Vallayil. I found him knowledgeable, courteous, sympathetic and helpful.
