my daughter had extremely high fever with a very red sore throat and earache, even though we were registered with the surgery we could not get an appointment and had to use the walk in. after a 3 hour wait we eventually got to see a foreign doctor who was rude and dismissed her symptoms as "viral" and were told to give her paracetamol or ibubrufen her condition worsened and we registered her with a surgery closer to home who gave us an emergency appointment, we waited 10min to see a doctor who also happens to be an ENT and he diagnosed it as severe tonsillitis and prescribed her an antibiotic with throat spray and pain relief. we have now all moved to the new surgery

I have only been with this practice 2 weeks and it has been like a breath of fresh air , the doctor was very thorough when I went to see him , the nurses at this practice have been superb nothing is to much for them , I would like to thank the walk in service to as I was there for at least 6 weeks and again they were excellent , I would recommend anyone who is looking for a doctor to consider this practice .

I have decided to leave the surgery and move to a different doctors. Although the doctor who conducted my telephone appointment was very informative and I was happy. Getting an appointment is impossible. I had a text saying to make an appointment to discuss blood test results, then couldn't get an appointment for weeks! Told to ring back every day. I was concerned about what might have been found and had to wait ages to have my mind put at rest. Unfortunately this was not a one off, after I had a baby and was housebound with a pain in my leg. I couldn't get an appointment and eventually a doctor called me, but she was rude and rubbished my worries that I might have a blood clot. The surgery is bursting to capacity. It's impossible to get appointments. As the mother of a young baby, I can't afford to be registered at a surgery where I can't get appointments.

impossible to get an appointment, doctors dont seem to know what they are talking about, referrals have to go via a meeting, which puts patients at risk of not getting the correct swift treatment they deserve, doctors never leave their chair, and never do routine examinations, so lots of conditions would slip by unnoticed including hypertension. would not recommend this surgery to my worst enemy.

Too many patients, call at 8am don't get through til 806 and all appts gone! Worse mistake I ever made moving to this practice.
