I always get a appointment and I find the staff So helpful the walk in centre is such a good thing

I think that it a disgrace that after not being able to get an emergency appointment for a child with an ear infection for another week ,we are expected to sit and wait 2 an 1/2 hours as a walk in patient ,even though we are registered patients it's not right it's disgusting. Registered patients should be priority over the walk in patients especially children, they should be priority and should be able to be seen by there GP that day if it's an emergency !!!! Like my child who had a severe ear infection then had to wait hours to be seen behind all the random walk ins it's not fair I'm considering re registering to another surgery it's a joke here. There was even a time where I was told my tonsils were inflamed which is a joke as I had my tonsils removed when I was a child (how embarrassing)!!!!!
