No way you can get through them to get an appointment. Only phone calls appointment can be made but their website states that you can make by person which is not true. called 3 days in row no luck. If you already at work or driving to work you want be able to call at 8am. Taking day off just for making appointment is ridiculous because you probably won't be luck and waisting your day ( it's either unpaid day or day from your holidays)
Suggested improvements
online appointments and appointments in advance for the patients that can wait for example if I have a test results to discuss so I can wait few days but at least I know I have an appointment

Waited ages for telephone call and then he/she
Was really hard to understand and very rude and
Unhelpful which was really worrying and extremel
Concerning as i am a cancer patient in remission
Not a great service at all

Please do not register with this surgery. You can never get an appointment. They tell you to phone at 8 am, when you finally get through they tell you all appointments were taken for the day (this ironically is at 8:03 am). You then receive a call back from a nurse/doctor depending on your luck..this phone call can be made whatever time they decide so if you missed it whilst driving or working then you then have to rebook again by 8 am. Malpractice at best!

Great service i had when i had no choice but to visit the surgery. Thank you to the Ladies on Reception and to the Advanced Nurse Practitioner who both in their own way helped me no end. Surgery looked bright and cheerful. Top marks again for today's visit.

I been with this GP surgery for years but recently last year a new contract took over and it’s just gone down hill you get the wrong results back no one answers the calls no one calls back on time it’s ridiculous needs investigating
