I have decided to leave the surgery and move to a different doctors. Although the doctor who conducted my telephone appointment was very informative and I was happy. Getting an appointment is impossible. I had a text saying to make an appointment to discuss blood test results, then couldn't get an appointment for weeks! Told to ring back every day. I was concerned about what might have been found and had to wait ages to have my mind put at rest. Unfortunately this was not a one off, after I had a baby and was housebound with a pain in my leg. I couldn't get an appointment and eventually a doctor called me, but she was rude and rubbished my worries that I might have a blood clot. The surgery is bursting to capacity. It's impossible to get appointments. As the mother of a young baby, I can't afford to be registered at a surgery where I can't get appointments.
