Been with this surgery all my life - some 60 years. Moved one street away and they said myself and my wife had to change surgeries. Blamed it on the Health Board, emailed them who said purely down to the discretion of the Drs. Spoke at length to the Practice Manager who said she would discuss with the Drs - never got back to me like she said she would. Wrote a letter to the both Drs who never even had the courtesy to reply. Shocking !!!!

Should never move people from a Drs list without good reason and moving one street away is not a good reason.

I'm writing this for my mum who is registered blind my mum hasn't been very well this past week mum had to go back to see the practice nurse Teresa to day the nurse put my mum on asthma pumps and she said she was feeling a lot better and by the way my dad had to have a blood test last Friday but nurse found that my dad has high blood pressure put on blood pressure meds and is doing good now can't not speak highly enough of this practice every one working there are truly amazing Mrs Gaynor copp

My self and family are patients at this surgery and I would like to say every person who works at the practice all go above and beyond for the patients I have had nothing but care at this surgery they all go above and beyond for you I phoned this morning and explained that my sensor had run out and the lady I spoke to was fantastic and my script was ready later on in the day If I Could Give A Million Stars I would

I give these answers because there is one receptionist who works at the practice called Gail who always goes above and beyond for you every person who works there are fantastic can't speak highly enough of this practice my family is so lucky and blessed to be patients at the practice I have written this on behalf of my mum who is registered blind

My mum has given these answers because this is by far the best surgery in Swansea from the receptionist to the doctors my mum who is registered blind thinks very very very highly of this surgery they all go above and beyond for you
