I gave the answers because everyone that works at this surgery always go above and beyond to help every single patient my mum who is registered blind can't speak highly of every single person from doctors to receptionist they all go above and beyond for all patients I spoke to a receptions called Sharon today 7 th July who is a absolute credit to the practice

My writing this email for my mum who is registered blind we can not say anything negative about this surgery because of all the people and GP working there go above and beyond for their patients my mum Gaynor copp and family think very highly of the GPS nurses and receptionist work very hard on a daily basis to help every single patient if we could give a thousand stars we would

I work shift work and dont always have a break in my day to call between the hours of 8am and 11am so have to phone later, however when i attempt to call during these hours majority of the time i cannot get through to make an appointment so again have to call after 11, when the surgery is dealing with medical emergencies, then for a receptionist to tell me there is nothing that they can do very abruptly or to give me medical advice is wrong.

I am a breast cancer survivor and the care they give me was truly out of this world had problems healing after surgery and they figured out why I was type 2 diabetic cannot speak highly enough they the best surgery in Wales everyone working there fantastic asked my daughter's to write this review because I have lost my sight
