Share review of Strawberry Place Surgery

I work shift work and dont always have a break in my day to call between the hours of 8am and 11am so have to phone later, however when i attempt to call during these hours majority of the time i cannot get through to make an appointment so again have to call after 11, when the surgery is dealing with medical emergencies, then for a receptionist to tell me there is nothing that they can do very abruptly or to give me medical advice is wrong.
