Been with this surgery all my life - some 60 years. Moved one street away and they said myself and my wife had to change surgeries.
Blamed it on the Health Board, emailed them who said purely down to the discretion of the Drs.
Spoke at length to the Practice Manager who said she would discuss with the Drs - never got back to me like she said she would.
Wrote a letter to the both Drs who never even had the courtesy to reply. Shocking !!!!
Suggested improvements
Should never move people from a Drs list without good reason and moving one street away is not a good reason.
