Totally agree with the other reviews on this site....not enough staff (particularly on reception) and can never get an appointment with a doctor. The place is clearly ran on a shoe string budget..have also found the doctors to be rude (see a different one each time) with the exceprion of one female doctor who was very good. Have now moved to hollycroft medical centre. This prsctice is too big, doesnt have enough staff and doesnt take amy note of feedback they ask for Matthew Bray

There is always an excuse as to why getting an appointment is so difficult. I agree with the other reviewer also, they do not genuinely view feedback as helpful but instead view any constructive feedback as negative criticism and once you have aired it they encourage you to leave the practice! The nurse practitioner is rude, as are most of the doctors who don't listen and appear to enjoy patronizing the patients in a condescending manner. I have now left this practice in disgust and encourage anyone else in hinckley who is tolerating this place to move elsewhere. I have now moved to Castle Mead and have found the staff and doctors a pleasure to deal with.

Very difficult to get appointments or home visits due to constantly engaged phone line. They also actively encourage you to go elsewhere if not satisfied paying scant regard to complaints. Very sad to see this happen to a surgery which has been there for my family for 48 years.
