Totally agree with the other reviews on this site....not enough staff (particularly on reception) and can never get an appointment with a doctor. The place is clearly ran on a shoe string budget..have also found the doctors to be rude (see a different one each time) with the exceprion of one female doctor who was very good. Have now moved to hollycroft medical centre. This prsctice is too big, doesnt have enough staff and doesnt take amy note of feedback they ask for
