Very difficult to get through to reception. Have spent months trying to gat my repeat prescription sorted. Cannot get to speak to anyone to sort it out. Online services pointless. I am going to change doctors as so frustrated with disorganisation.

Two months ago I contracted a skin condition in a very sensitive place and it didn't clear up by itself. Over the last two months I have had four doctors appointments, each with one of the two Registrar GPs. Both of them have been excellent and after a couple of false starts identified a treatment that worked. Both young men were polite, listened, communicated well and wanted me to be involved in discussions and decisions about the best way forward with treatment. I have nothing but praise for them both. They were a credit to themselves, to the Surgery and to the NHS. I understand they have now finished their placement - I wish them well in their future careers. At a time when the NHS is under huge pressure and scrutiny it is good to know young doctors are coming through who uphold NHS values and really care about what they do. Thank you

Once it was possible to see a GP. It now seems I exist on a screen and totally evaluated by clinical tests. I sometimes feel it is impossible to build up what was for me the bedrock of the service this Health Centre. Which was some degree of a personal relationship to exist between the practitioner and myself. In the event you get in to see someone the chance of any continuity from a previous very small. I am not totally blaming the GPs for this situation, but the element of personal relationship has gone. I feel most of this unsatisfactory situation lies in the powers of central Government. But I must end as I began, I am a PERSON not a series of facts on a PC screen

I rang for an appointment and was placed in a queue which is a lot better than ringing multiple times but the receptionist was very rude. Interrupted me mid sentence and repeated why I needed the appointment, essentially telling whoever was in the practice something private which should be kept between me and the doctor. She then give me my time and hung up without so much as a goodbye. Very impolite and rude, not the type of person you'd want answering the phone for you.

Why are the receptionist so unhelpful/horrible Especially the new one who worked today Even after the dictor said we should have an appt made She totally refused Whos in charge doctors or receptionists Totally unacceotable Come on doctors sort out your practice
