Getting an appointment is easy. Alternatives are offered and the receptionists on the phones are helpful and knowledgeable. The doctor asked several searching questions and explained what he planned to do and why. I got my blood tests and a follow up appointment in a week. Whatever the outcome of these investigations I am confident I will be consulted and referred to the right people should I need to be. It is the first time. I have asked by a doctor, "What do you think?"

Prompt appointment with GP, prompt follow up appointment day after for blood test as I was good on holiday this was good to hear so I didn't have to wait too long for results. Very efficient receptionist.

Just been seen by Dr Sarah Price, I was very stressed when I arrived there, what a lovely doctor.....such a caring, attentive attitude! Came away feeling great! Thank you

Prompt appointment made 7/7/17 saw nurse Jean Wilson who was always super efficient on the 10/7/17 at 9 am. Followed up with a telephone call from the duty doctor Nelm who sent a prescription over so Rowlands Chemist which I contacted approx 10.15 am again total efficiency throughout which is very gratifying and much appreciated, such action in my opinion cannot be improved on.
