I had to ask for a home visit for my 86 year old Mum who was staying with me. Mum lives in East London and was taken ill while with us. The receptionist was very helpful and asked me if i could pop in and fill out a temporary visitors form, which i did. I soon had a doctor telephone me back to discuss Mums case and confirm that a doctor would visit Mum at my home that afternoon. Dr Patel arrived to see Mum and was most kind with Mum who is quite frail and extremely hard of hearing. From the phone call this morning to the visit this afternoon everyone at Southborough Lane Surgery has been most efficient and helpful.Thankyou.

1. New location, for me, not so easy to get to Crown Medical Surgery. That said, I wouldn't change for all the tea in the proverbial pot. Caring, knowledgeable, courteous, good at solving problems. Last time I phoned receptionist, Cathy, I believe was on the other end of the phone. Nothing too much trouble.
All in all fantastic service.

Cathy on reception is fantastic and goes out of her way to ensure that problems are solved. Much better premises since their recent move. Car parking sometimes an issue.

Many thanks for your kind feedback which I shall pass on to Kathy. We are very proud of our new premises and are glad of your approval. We are extremely lucky to have so many dedicated car parking spaces which is unusual for any GP surgery in this area. You will appreciate that we have a huge amount of visitors every day and there will be times when you can't park on site. There are, however, plenty of places to park nearby.
