I phoned at 5.30 pm and explained my problem and said I’m visiting - receptionist was very helpful, made me a temporary patient and said doctor would call me. Dr Drury phoned ten minutes later, asked a few questions and dispensed ABX to Henley Tesco. He also checked it had gone through and called me back so within an hour I was dealt with very efficiently - fantastic and many thanks! He couldn’t have been more sympathetic.
Easy to get an appointment but not always very quick
Excellent customer care and efficient, visited surgery for a flu jab this morning. Very organised, polite and caring approach throughout.

Today I had an appointment with the Nurse for my B12 injection at 10.10am. I booked in at 10.06am, ready and on time. At 10.30am after a number of other people were called, I asked the receptionist if the nurse was running late and apparently this was the case.
Whilst I appreciate our NHS staff to be kept waiting for 20 minutes and not be told of the time delays is not acceptable. I too, am working but this doesn't seem to be a concern to others. No apology for being so late. Left me feeling really frustrated as it appears my time is invaluable.
