I find Smallfield Surgery very caring. You are treated well by all from reception staff to Ann, the manager, to the GPs. They have looked after myself and my family for 20 years now and always been great. Thanks Ann and team at Smallfield Surgery.

Although the reception area has been altered, I still feel that it is too "open", and everyone waiting can hear people making appointments or speaking to the receptionists about what they need. It would be a good idea if patients were encouraged to bring in magazines they have finished with, as the selection is poor, and obviously the surgery can't spend money on that sort of thing. I think people would welcome this. I find the practice very friendly, and have been extremely glad that I changed from my previous one several years ago, Smallfield is very much better in many ways, and I feel like a person again there.
