The receptionists are absolutely useless queue full of people in the back gossiping .I absolutely hate this reception .If I wasn't receiving wonderful care by Dr Thackray I would find another surgery .They need replacing with helpful staff and phoning for an appointment is torture

What to say here. find another surgery. The receptionists sit on their behinds in the back and frequently glance over at a huge que of people waiting and do nothing. When they do appear.. its oh you have to phone up or we don't have any appointments.. try next week. Then you get seen by a gent on a one off who immediately books you an appoijtment no questions asked. The two women are useless. IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT YOUR FRESH OUT OF HOSPITAL and need to be seen urgently. This place is a joke. Go elsewhere for an all round nice atmosphere. They are rude. Suggestion for improvement sack the receptionists and hire professionals.

the reseptionists are useless 3 times my local pharmacy got in touch about my prescription and they ignored the request she had to ring and speak to the surgery manager the other week I picked up na prescription the staff made me wait 5mins as they were drinking tea and laughing twice 1 woman looked at me behind the glass door what r they getting paid for no wonder there are only 3 doctors left thinking of going over to russeldine they have at least 10 doctors

Need to have continuity of care difficulty in seeing GP when needed and inadequate investigations made and not given appropriate diagnosis and explanation simply advised to pick up prescription.. e.g was given antidepressants which made condition worse. After pushing for blood tests myself it turned out to be a vitamin D deficiency

The Reception staff are absolutely useless and the female Doctor Stone avoid at all costs she is rude and miserable .I will refuse an appointment with her totally she needs to learn some manners !!
