This is a caring and efficient practice. I have been a patient for over 25 years, since the surgery was situated in St Cuthbert's Street. I have always found everyone at Pemberley to be extremely friendly and helpful. On the rare occasions when I have needed an urgent appointment, it has been provided without obstacle and on the same day. An example to others.

All in the surgery show an interest in individuals whilst remaining efficient, communication is clear and questions considered, I've never felt rushed and have choices regarding appointment times and the person I'd like to see, always confident that the team consider what matters not just to me but use information from all patients to continually update their provision

This is the best surgery in Bedford I have recommended my friends to you, they have now joined you and say they have never had better service before. I can confirm that, we have been with the practice for over 70 years everyone is most helpful thanks to you all. never had to complain at all .

Very difficult to get appointment with doctor who normally treats complex condition. Asking for phone appointments does usually work. Seeing other doctors not very helpful as they do not and cannot possibly understand the complexities. That said a quick check is usually possible. Receptionists have improved hugely. Just sometimes wish they would believe the patient does know what he/she is talking about.
