Very difficult to get appointment with doctor who normally treats complex condition. Asking for phone appointments does usually work.
Seeing other doctors not very helpful as they do not and cannot possibly understand the complexities. That said a quick check is usually possible.
Receptionists have improved hugely. Just sometimes wish they would believe the patient does know what he/she is talking about.
