This is an awful surgery!! It is mainly the reception staff who are so reactive, rude and angry. They seems to think it’s perfectly acceptable to of rude to you and when you pull them up on it they become indignant and inappropriately out raged. Their behaviour is absolutely dreadful!! Also Dr Patel, extremely reactive and rude. I’m so happy I’ve found another surgery whereby the reception staff are well manored people. My advise...don’t register!!

reception never answer the telephone, held on for 20 minutes wanting to get a test result, no idea of where my call is in a queue (or whether I am actually in a queue at all!) car park always full, disabled bays taken up with those who appear to have no disability at all however, great coordination between the surgery and district nurses - thanks.

New website design is hopeless and difficult. The old one was much better and more user friendly with more GPs to choose from. Difficult to get an urgent appointment. Either have to get to Surgery on day wanted at 7.45 to get a place in booking queue (which opens at 8.25) when could be offered a later appointment in morning or afternoon necessitating much waiting about when don't feel well or making a second journey. Or can phone at 8.30 but impossible to get through - line always engaged. Dr Rendell and Dr Sevenoaks 5 stars.

To have to wait until 8:30am the next day to book an appointment, unless it is "a medical emergency" is unacceptable. I am in a lot of discomfort at 5pm so the last thing I want to hear is that I have to 15 and a hald hours to book an appointment. I don't think I qualify as having "a medical emergency" but others in a similar predicament might, breaking the whole system. This is totally unacceptable. I can also foresee me waiting for ages tomorrow morning when the telephone stampede for appointments will start at 8:25. On a separate note, there should be an optiion for N/A in the ratings above. The first two didn't really apply to me.

Doctors are great, but the Receptionists leave a lot to be desired. A veritable army behind the desk yet none prepared to answer the phone. Go online or Face-to-face if you want an appointment or test results or be prepared to hear an awful lot of hold music.
