reception never answer the telephone, held on for 20 minutes wanting to get a test result, no idea of where my call is in a queue (or whether I am actually in a queue at all!)
car park always full, disabled bays taken up with those who appear to have no disability at all
however, great coordination between the surgery and district nurses - thanks.
