New website design is hopeless and difficult. The old one was much better and more user friendly with more GPs to choose from. Difficult to get an urgent appointment. Either have to get to Surgery on day wanted at 7.45 to get a place in booking queue (which opens at 8.25) when could be offered a later appointment in morning or afternoon necessitating much waiting about when don't feel well or making a second journey. Or can phone at 8.30 but impossible to get through - line always engaged. Dr Rendell and Dr Sevenoaks 5 stars.
