To have to wait until 8:30am the next day to book an appointment, unless it is "a medical emergency" is unacceptable. I am in a lot of discomfort at 5pm so the last thing I want to hear is that I have to 15 and a hald hours to book an appointment. I don't think I qualify as having "a medical emergency" but others in a similar predicament might, breaking the whole system. This is totally unacceptable. I can also foresee me waiting for ages tomorrow morning when the telephone stampede for appointments will start at 8:25.
On a separate note, there should be an optiion for N/A in the ratings above. The first two didn't really apply to me.
