On several occasion when visiting the practice I did find that on standing at the reception I was ignored. Now I understand if they are busyor on the phone but just eye contact or a quick " I will be with you in a minute" would go a long way. However on saying this on my most recent visit I was dealt with promptly and politely. There was a time when getting though on the phone was a total nightmare but that does seem to have improved quite substantially also. MY one gripe is the lack of femail GP in the practice. Whilst I am more than happy to see Regina she is such a popular lady you can wait upto 4 weeks for an appointment to see her. Are there any plans to recruit another femail GP?
